CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin is the reference GHRH/GHRP pair — CJC amplifies pulse amplitude while Ipamorelin cleanly triggers release without cortisol.
AOD-9604 is the C-terminal fragment of hGH (176–191) — it retains the fat-mobilizing arm of growth hormone while leaving IGF-1 and glucose handling untouched, so it adds a recomposition vector without stacking systemic GH load.
IGF-1 LR3 extends downstream anabolic signaling directly at the receptor level, bypassing the pituitary and driving nutrient partitioning and hyperplasia signals.
Stacking a pulse (blend), a lipolytic fragment (AOD-9604), and a downstream effector (IGF-1 LR3) is why this stack outperforms any single-vector GH protocol.
Kit prep
Reconstitute the CJC/Ipa blend and AOD-9604 with 2 mL BAC water each. Reconstitute IGF-1 LR3 with 1 mL BAC water (1 mg/mL). Store all three refrigerated (2–8°C) once mixed. IGF-1 LR3 is dosed in far smaller volumes — mark that syringe separately.

Protocol references
CJC/Ipa blend: 200–300 mcg SC pre-bed and optionally post-training. Total daily 300–500 mcg is typical.
AOD-9604: 300–500 mcg SC once daily, morning fasted, ideally 30 minutes before cardio or a first meal.
IGF-1 LR3: 20–50 mcg SC post-training, 4–5 days per week. Cycle in 4-week blocks with 2 weeks off to protect receptor sensitivity.
Refrigerate reconstituted vials at 2–8°C. Use within 30 days. Lyophilized vials stable ≥12 months at −20°C.
Common questions
Why AOD-9604 instead of another GHRH analog?+
Adding a second GHRH driver on top of CJC-1295 is largely redundant. AOD-9604 works on a different vector entirely — β3-adrenergic lipolysis in adipose tissue — so it complements the GH pulse instead of duplicating it, and it does not push IGF-1 or fasting glucose.
Can I run IGF-1 LR3 the whole 12 weeks?+
Most researchers cycle IGF-1 LR3 (4 on / 2 off) to preserve receptor sensitivity. The bundle is sized to support 3 loading cycles or continuous CJC/AOD with intermittent IGF.
What order do I inject?+
CJC/Ipa and AOD-9604 are timing-sensitive (pre-bed and morning fasted respectively). IGF-1 LR3 is post-training. Sequence matters more than site.
