What is CJC-1295 (no-DAC)?

CJC-1295 without DAC — also called Mod GRF 1-29 — is a stabilized synthetic analog of the first 29 amino acids of endogenous growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). The stabilizing modifications extend its plasma half-life from ~7 minutes to ~30 minutes.

That short half-life is a feature, not a limitation: it lets researchers amplify a single GH pulse without turning it into a continuous elevation, preserving the natural pulsatile architecture that the pituitary depends on.

How does CJC-1295 no-DAC work?

It binds the GHRH receptor on somatotroph cells in the anterior pituitary, stimulating synthesis and release of growth hormone in a burst tied to the injection.

Paired with a GHRP (Ipamorelin, GHRP-6 or Hexarelin), the two peptides together produce a synergistic GH release that is far larger than either alone.
